This Policy applies to information we may collect from Clients (“Client(s)” are companies that have entered into a service agreement with PsycTalent, LLC, information collected from you or that you may provide (“Personal Information”) through websites, services, and products owned by PsycTalent LLC (“psyctalent.com,” “fixturnover.com,” “Retain Assessment,” “FixTurnover,” “we” or “us.” )

This policy informs all users (“clients,” “visitors,” “user(s),” “you,” or “your”) about our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing Personal Information. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your Personal Information and how you can access and update it.

Prospective Client: If you are exploring a business relationship with PsycTalent, we may collect your business contact information as well as Personal Data you may choose to provide including, without limitation, your name, company name, email address, address, professional information, and telephone number.

Client: If you are a Client with a contracted service or product with PsycTalent, we will collect and process employment data that you provide us that may include, without limitation:
- Employee names
- Contact information (email address, phone number)
- Unique Identifiers
- Position title and type
- Employment dates (including start date, end date, reason for leaving)
- Work performance data
- Other employment related data that Client provides

Candidate/Assessment Data: When using any PsycTalent website, service, or products, the type of Personal Data that you may choose to provide PsycTalent may include, without limitation:
- Name
- Contact information (email address, phone number)
- Professional and education information
- Background information included in a CV/resume
- Any other Personal Data that PsycTalent request or you provide

Device and Usage Data
