- When you visit a PsycTalent Website, our servers automatically record information that may include Personal Data. After sending such message, you may receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to opt-out.

California Privacy Rights
Consumers residing in California are afforded certain additional rights with respect to their Personal Information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). This Privacy Policy for California Residents supplements the information contained in this Privacy Policy of PsycTalent and applies solely to all visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. This section does not apply to our handling of information that is exempt under the CCPA such as publicly available information, de-identified or aggregated information or information that is covered under another law such as HIPAA or the FCRA.
