Meet Dr. Jacob Bradley
PsycTalent is a product of Dr. Jacob Bradley’s experience in the ABA field. As a BCaBA, he saw firsthand the difference behavioral therapy can make. He personally experienced those breakthrough moments — when a kiddo finally spoke at 4 years old or said “I love you” to mom for the first time in their life.
But he also heard the struggles — clinics turning families away because they couldn’t keep enough employees on staff, BCBAs wanting to quit the field because they felt so overworked and underappreciated.
So when he got his Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), Dr. Bradley returned to the ABA field and founded PsycTalent: a specialized recruiting team devoted to creating a better experience for both clinics and job seekers.
