When you work with PsycTalent, you pay nothing until you hire one of our candidates. Then, like most recruiters, our fee is a percentage of the employee’s first year compensation. Interested in knowing more? We’d be happy to explain in greater depth over a video call!

We take an active approach to recruiting. Our team works on multiple levels. We attract candidates through our nationwide job portal. We also seek out candidates through multiple networking avenues.

While the exact timeline will vary based on things like position and location, we’ll generally have candidates for you to meet within 1-3 weeks.

We won’t recruit candidates from one of our active clients. We take our commitment to our clients seriously. But since we also have a responsibility to candidates, if one of your employees reaches out to us directly or applies for an open position we will have a career conversation with them regardless of who they work for. 

No, we do not. RBT recruiting requires a different approach from the approach we take with BCBA and leadership recruiting so it is not our focus. We are however able to coach a member of your team on how to recruit registered behavior techs for your company.
We are an ABA-only recruiter. Our team only works with ABA talent. We take the time to get to know your company and what makes you different from everyone else. We recruit candidates who are a fit for that and sell them on the idea of working with you before you ever meet them.

We offer a 60-day guarantee. If a candidate resigns or is fired for cause in that period, then we will help you find a replacement at no additional cost. You won’t be stuck with a bad candidate.
